Titanium Park
Titanium Park is a future and sustainably master planned business precinct, designed to support Waikato’s next generation of enterprise and growth.
As part of a wider transformation across Hamilton Airport, the Titanium Park brand was repositioned to reflect a progressive, sustainable vision — one that recognises the cultural and ecological significance of the site, while looking firmly to the future.
The surrounding valley, once a place where Māori would gather to collect kai, inspired a brand purpose grounded in whenua. Titanium Park is now positioned as a connected hub where commerce, community and culture intersect — a place where people and businesses thrive.
The new identity is built around the idea of connection. A bold monogram represents a meeting point, with each arm symbolising a key force coming together — ecology, commerce and culture. This intersection becomes a signature element used across the brand.
Each of the park’s five precincts features modern digital inspired tukutuku patterns, created in collaboration with a cultural design advisor. These reflect natural resources found in the area and give each precinct a unique and meaningful visual language.
The result is a commercial identity with cultural integrity — created to foster growth, connection and pride in for the community and the businesses within.
