Working closely with people across the Auckland and Wellington offices, and presenting directly to a full room of partners, we built a strategy that balanced tradition with a more contemporary edge.

The refreshed brand brings a sense of clarity and confidence to a name that already carries weight. For me, it was a milestone moment — the first time presenting at that level, and a real lesson in navigating big, complex work with lots of sharp minds in the room.
